What I want is one that doesn't include The Cuilins... that's some scary mountains. Not sure I can ever climb them

Here's a tip Footix - try Martin Moran's "Skye Mountaineer" course. Best money I ever spent.

I'm not planning to do them for a good while yet. Not even set foot on a Munro so far.
I'm just planning to desensitise myself with stuff like Liathach before hand.
From what I can tell In Pinn (obviously), Sgùrr MhicChoinnich, Sgùrr a' Ghreadaidh and Sgurr a’ Mhadaidh are where the problems lie 
I'll bear that course in mind though.

Finding a b and b that will do a very early breakfast helps.
Footix, a lot of walkers hire a guide for the In Pin. Apparently it's OK as a first rock-climbing lesson. Exposed though, I think I'd prefer a bit of practice first.

Yeah. I plan to do some rock climbing lessons prior to In Pinn as I think I would prefer the short rock climb to that crazy long exposure on the other side
