Derek, have you connected the account with Twitter ? Those with only twitter accounts will then also receive notification. :)

I like to paint people enjoying the outdoors in and around the English Countryside. Mainly the Lakes and the Dales. More recently the urban scene is included. I would like to think that if AW was alive today, if he didn't appreciate my talent, he would at least get my humour.

Well if all Society members with FB accounts post daily links and ask friends to 'like' that would keep the launch of the page going. 42 likes in one day on the first day is good going . :D
Ray

BTW If you link your account to Twitter (easy to do in your settings ) any post you make is linked to Twitter and so potentially seen by anyone using that network and becoming followers. .......and of course may become followers of the society. Eventually leading to some take up in membership. :) Well that's the plan anyway ;)

I was 'liker' No.14.

Which shifted it off the "unlucky for some 13" rating.

I expect to be liked for this.

Just a thought but there seems to be a few on here of late with an FB account. I just go by my name Ray Bradshaw on Facebook and have another 'arty ' page called 'art by ray bradshaw' Feel free to look me up as a new ' friend ' on that. Or let us know your FB names if you want contact. Plenty of my friends you may already know from here or other walking platforms.

First time on the Forum for a week as I'm working away a lot of the time at the moment but will pick up on the Facebook page over the weekend.
