Thanks for the link John, this is indeed great news.
The five of us are hoping to reach Hadrian's Wall this year. Wouldn't it be great if we could finish the walk around the day the Pennine Journey "officially opens" in 2013. It's good news that Ordnance Survey have said they will mark the route on maps - the C2C marking is long overdue as is official waymarking.
