 Lakes videos to give away
« Thread Started on Feb 8, 2011, 10:26pm »

Yes, videos not DVDs. I know it's old technology, but some people still watch videos ...

Before I take these to the charity shop, I'll offer them here (free, of course). If anyone is interested in any of them, let me know and I'll work out how to get them to you (I'll be at the AGM, for example).

They are:-

The Great Lakeland Challenge (a visual quiz by Striding Edge)
Great Walks, Vol 1 & 2 (also by Striding Edge)
The Story of Old Lakeland
The Lake District - a bird's eye view (vol 1 & 2)
The Lake District - Days among the Lakes & Hills
Remote Lakeland (the 190-mile walk)
The Wainwright Memorial Walk (the walk re this year's Challenge)
Naylor's Run
Set of 5 videos, with Lakeland scemes accompanied by the music of Sibelius, Bach, Rachmaninov, Vivaldi & Beethoven.

That list seems very familiar to me ...

... somewhere in the back of one of my cupboards ...

Derek.

Snap! These videos have emerged from the back of a cupboard (mine, not yours, I hasten to add :)) after a burst of pre-Spring-cleaning. You should see the bags of non-Lakes videos earmarked for the charity shop! ::)
