The fleeting hour of life of those who love the hills is quickly spent, but the hills are eternal, always there will be the lonely ridge, the dancing beck, the silent forest, the exhilaration of the summits. These are for the seeking and those who seek and find while there is still time will be blessed both in mind & body. AW- Book 7 The Western Fells.

My thanks to Dik, who has loaded all the photos received so far onto the gallery before his holiday. He's been banned from using his lap-top until he's back :).

My thanks to Dik for loading more photos received from Challenge participants.

So far, there are over 90 photos to view and there will be many more as further reports come in (hint, hint ;)).

Sorry for the delay with my reports and pictures as a death in the family has meant i haven't been able to get on with things as normal but will do my best to get them done over the next week.

Another thing for anyone who knows Merv he has just been registered blind so climbing the fells with me and his white stick might be something to look out for :o
How many people have done the 214 blind ???

Sorry again for the doom and gloom but hey lets just get on with things ;)

cheers
rob :)
